Please note that the letter of authorisation is only for who wished to have a representative to collect the IIUM Campus Run race kit be collected on behalf of the participant. The letter of authorisation must gain both participant and representative consent before submitting it.

 

Procedure

1. Participant must print out the letter of authorisation.

2. Complete the letter of authorisation after having both the participant and representative consent.

3. Attach a photocopy of participant's NRIC/Passport with the letter of authorisation.

4. Submit the document to the person in charge of the distribution of race kit at that time.

5. Get your race kit after the letter has been accepted.
